Jumeirah is an elite suburban area of Dubai with beautiful beaches, luxury apartments and mansions, prestigious restaurants, art galleries. It is here that the world's only seven-star Burj Al Arab Hotel is located. The cost of the apartments is positively influenced by the excellent beaches — Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Beach Park, Palm Beach Jumeirah and Jumeirah Beach Residence. Jumeirah is one of the most sought–after residential areas on the Dubai coast. At the same time, officially the Jumeirah district, as an independent unit, does not exist. In the conventional sense, this is the territory between the Sheikh Zayed Highway and the coast. From the east it is bounded by the port of Rashid, and from the west by the Dubai Marina district.
